Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within [5–10 BUSINESS DAYS]. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Refunds are issued to your original payment method minus the $8.99 restocking fee, which is deducted from each returned order.
Bank & Card Processing Time
Please note that after we issue your refund, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account. This processing time varies by financial institution and can take [3–10 BUSINESS DAYS] to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after this window, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at its4us@bijifrenchny.com.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or other method used at checkout). If you prefer, you may request store credit in the form of a [STORE CREDIT CODE] equal to the refund value, which never expires and can be used toward any future Biji French purchase.
Restocking Fee
A flat $8.99 restocking fee is deducted from each returned order’s refund. The fee is waived for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Return shipping itself is free — Biji French provides a prepaid return label for all U.S. returns, so no return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted: if an item shows signs of wear, is missing original tags, or is returned without its original packaging. In these cases, we will email you with the reason for the partial refund and the adjusted amount before issuing it.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if your return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold. Return shipping is free — Biji French provides a prepaid return label, so no return shipping fee is deducted from your refund — except as described above for defective or incorrectly shipped items, in which case Biji French will refund the full amount including shipping and waive the restocking fee.
