Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

We want you to love every Biji French piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for a different size or color.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair
• With all original tags still attached
• In their original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these condition requirements. Items returned in worn or damaged condition may be subject to a partial refund or sent back to you.

Who Pays Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. Biji French provides a free prepaid return label for all U.S. returns, so it costs you nothing to send an eligible item back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will cover return shipping as well.

Restocking Fee

A flat $8.99 restocking fee applies to each returned order and will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is waived when the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

Exchanges for Sizing

Need a different size? We’re happy to help. To request a size exchange:

1. Contact customer service at bfhelp@bijifrenchny.com or 917-922-2774 within your return window with your order number and the size you’d like instead.
2. We’ll confirm availability and provide the return shipping address for the original item.
3. Once we receive the original piece in eligible condition, we’ll ship your new size and email you a new tracking number.

If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead.

Final Sale Items

[SALE / CLEARANCE DENIM AND ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE] are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. All standard-price merchandise remains eligible under the return window above.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at bfhelp@bijifrenchny.com or by phone at 917-922-2774 with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We’ll review your request and, once approved, provide you with the return shipping address along with a free prepaid return label.
3. Pack your item securely with all tags attached and your order number inside the package.
4. Ship the package to the address we provide using the free prepaid label. We recommend using a trackable service.
