Order Processing

Every Biji French piece is prepared with care before it leaves our studio. Orders are processed within [1–3 BUSINESS DAYS] of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once your package has shipped.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

Delivery timeframes below are estimates and begin after your order has shipped, not from the moment you place your order.

• Standard Shipping: [3–5 BUSINESS DAYS]
• Expedited Shipping: [2–3 BUSINESS DAYS]
• Overnight Shipping: [1 BUSINESS DAY] (orders must be placed before [CUTOFF TIME] to ship same day)

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order may vary depending on your destination, the shipping method chosen, and current carrier capacity. Once your order ships, your tracking email will indicate which carrier is delivering your package.

Shipping Fees

We offer a simple, transparent shipping fee structure:

• Free Standard Shipping: on all U.S. orders over [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD, e.g. $100]
• Expedited Shipping: [FLAT RATE, e.g. $18.00]

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of a defective or incorrect item, as described in our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Biji French ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and ensuring they are able to receive international packages. Estimated international delivery timeframes are:

• Canada & Mexico: [5–10 BUSINESS DAYS]
• Europe: [7–14 BUSINESS DAYS]
• All other international destinations: [10–21 BUSINESS DAYS]

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Biji French has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package from our studio to your door. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check the carrier tracking details and look for any delivery exception notices. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at its4us@bijifrenchny.com or 917-922-2774 with your order number, and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Title and risk of loss for merchandise transfer to the purchaser once the carrier takes physical possession of the shipment. Biji French is not liable for stolen or uncollected parcels once a verified delivery scan or delivery signature has been recorded by the shipping courier.
