3. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

We work hard to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However:

• Colors, washes, and textures may appear slightly different on your screen than in person due to monitor calibration.
• Product descriptions, sizing, and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain typographical or photographic errors.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is accepted is the price you will be charged.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place a hold on any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain inconsistent billing or shipping information, or are flagged by our security screening. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us at its4us@bijifrenchny.com; once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The BIJI FRENCH name, logo, emblem, signature knotwork and flower designs, product imagery, editorial photography, copy, and overall site layout are the proprietary intellectual property of Biji French LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. No content from this site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site:

• For any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful acts by others.
• To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Biji French or any third party.
